Peratallada Residencial is made up of 12 new detached houses designed by the architect Damián Ribas.
Its three types of houses, between 240 and 380 m2, are distributed on a single floor and are designed to redefine the Slow Life concept, offering their future owners privacy and beauty integrated into a medieval historical-artistic complex.
All the "chic" Mediterranean style houses, with private garden and swimming pool, will be customised in layout and finishes and will guarantee the interior-exterior continuity of the landscape that inspires us.
In the heart of the Empordanet, just a few kilometres from the best coves of the Baix Empordà, stands Peratallada, a charming medieval village in the municipality of Forallac that has been declared a cultural asset of national interest. Its network of narrow streets carved out of a single rock make this little village in the Girona area a beautiful, natural and unique refuge in which to lose oneself and enjoy the local gastronomy.
Within the same municipality are Vulpellac, Fonteta and Fitor (in the heart of the Gavarres mountain range). Very close to Peratallada Residencial there are also other medieval villages such as Palau-Sator, Ullastret, Monells and Cruïlles and the best known Pals and Begur. All of them are charming at any time of the year.
They are all hilltop villages, surrounded by countryside, very close to the best beaches of Cape Begur (Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and Aiguafreda) and Palafrugell (Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu) and with easy access to first class golf courses and marinas.
